You need a balanced, fair reward system on your Discord server, and the only way to achieve that is through math. Each activity you can do on Discord (and Twitter, if applicable) is based on a reward system that earns you points. For example, raiding a tweet might get you 5 points. As you perform more activities, you unlock thresholds for higher roles. For example, 300 points could earn you the OG role. You must ensure the math is balanced. Each role should require a reasonable amount of time and effort to attain. Ask yourself if the time and effort are justifiable—consider the actual rewards.
